1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Dolphin CRM, operated by Change Enterprises Private Limited, registered at House No. 29, Chakkarpur, Raj Singh Complex, Opp. 3206, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122002. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

Dolphin CRM provides businesses with AI-powered tools for lead management, WhatsApp integration, content creation, campaign automation, and digital marketing. Services are offered on a SaaS basis with both subscription and pay-per-use features.

3. Wallet & Payment

You may add funds to your Dolphin Wallet to access services such as WhatsApp messaging, AI-generated content, and marketing features. Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All payments are processed via Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions and wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Campaigns may be cancelled only before dispatch. No refund shall be entertained once the service is rendered or campaign is initiated.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws. Any misuse including spamming, violating WhatsApp Business Policy, or infringing third-party rights may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

By using Dolphin CRM, you agree that we may store, analyze, and use business and lead data to enhance platform performance and campaign results. Personal data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Data may be anonymized and used for analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and AI models provided in Dolphin CRM are owned by Change Enterprises Private Limited. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose platform components without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dolphin CRM is provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy, campaign results, or uptime. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of our platform, except as required by Indian law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for misuse, policy violation, or legal reasons. Wallet balances will not be refunded post-termination unless due to platform fault.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
